Looking for working experience as a technician? Our team is looking for interns to participate in our company’s paid internship program. We offer this to allow people to get hands on experience helping real customers with real technical issues. In this role you will be traveling around the greater Seattle area or the greater DC area, interacting with clients, learning how to deploy network equipment, learning how to work the ticket queue, and more. This process will give people an opportunity to see what working for a fast paced managed service provider is like, and give you a taste of what day-to-day life of a technician looks like.
